What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
What is your shipping and handling timeframe?
Because most of our products are handmade fresh upon order, we allow 3-5 days to ship your order. This allows us the time needed to make the products from scratch and carefully package them in preparation for shipping.
How do I update/cancel my order?
Please send an email to: email@example.com. Please include your name and order number, we will respond within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. International shipping charges apply.
How fast is your shipping?
We ship USPS priority shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, please selected it at checkout, express charges will apply.
Do you ship to military locations?
Yes, we ship to military locations.
